The study investigated the educational quality of the B.Ed programme of the National Teachers Institute (NTI), Yenegoa Study Centre, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. A sample of 112 students was drawn using simple random sampling technique from a population of 132 students. A standard instrument titled Student Evaluation of Educational quality (SEEQ) questionnaire was used for the study. The SEEQ was formatted on 7-point scale of excellent, very good, good, fair, poor, very poor and not applicable. The researcher used this instrument in ratting facilitation of five compulsory courses. Six research questions were answered using item mean. The result shows that the quality of education in the programme was not good, as it has a mean of 4.21.
