The study investigated Electrical Electronics Technology Educators Efficacy on students Engagements in Project-based Learning implementation in Tertiary Institutions in Northwest geo-political zone of Nigeria. Phenomenological case study research design was used for the study. The study had a sample of two participants drawn from the research population of 76 participants using purposive sampling technique for the study. Structured Interview protocol was used for data collection. Data collected were analyzed using thematic analysis to answer research questions with the help of Computer Assisted qualitative data analysis Software (CAQDAS) through NVivo version 11 qualitative software. Setup Quotation and Commentary (SQC) was used to present results of this qualitative study. The findings revealed that; Students have opportunity to develop knowledge and skills through participating in the challenging project and trying to bring out proper solution to a challenging problem, participants also observed increased in students’ participation during PBL. The study recommended that there is need for government to encourage students centered strategies such as PBL so as to encourage problem solving skills among students.
